Mo Choy is the co-author of Story Central.
After graduating in Graphic Design and Illustration from Kingston University, Mo worked as a freelance illustrator for the magazine industry and as a designer for a graphic design consultancy. She then worked at Dorling Kindersley on Primary ELT materials, with Viv Lambert. Mo's keen interest in linguistics and problem-solving abilities became evident when faced with the challenges of producing language materials.
She went on to work in educational publishing at Longman/Pearson Education, and later book-packaged ELT courses. Mo has continued to work with ELT publishers as a designer, project manager and author.
Currently, Mo is co-director and owner of Mo Choy Design with her husband, Dave Cockburn, producing design, illustration, animation and copy for print and digital media. She is also writing a graphic novel about growing up in England in a Chinese immigrant family.
