Exam Resources for Teachers

It is always assumed that exams are stressful for the candidates, but the reality is that exams can be equally demanding for teachers. Exam results are now used as a means of assessing teachers’ promotion prospects, or even whether or not a teacher will be rehired. On an emotional level, while it’s great when our students succeed, seeing a hard-working candidate fail can be difficult. This can lead the teacher to ask themselves ‘What could I have done better?’ The demands of teaching an exam course are huge.
