Eligibility: This competition is not open to employees of Macmillan or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. Macmillan Publishers Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
Timing : The closing date for the Macmillan Holiday Project is 30th September, 2007.
Winners will be contacted and then announced on the Macmillan Readers homepage once a decision has been reached. The judges' decision is final.
Prizes: Macmillan Readers Holiday Project prizes are not redeemable or transferable for cash. The prizes will be delivered to the winners via a means determined by Macmillan Publishers Limited. Macmillan Publishers Limited reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value should a specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
Macmillan Publishers Limited shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage whatsoever or personal injury suffered or sustained in relation to this prize and competition.
Macmillan Publishers Limited accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Macmillan Publishers Limited reserves the right to use extracts in publicity from any project entered.
The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion.
