I’m Dr. Taylor Benyahia, sociolinguist specializing in bilingualism. For ten years, I've worked with schools, non-profits, and families to support bilingual children through research, school initiatives, and consultations. Based in Paris, France, my work takes me worldwide, including North Africa, the Gulf, and Haiti. My dream: classrooms where every language counts as a resource, not a hurdle!

I was born into TEFL and have been professionally part of the sector for almost 20 years. After growing through the different roles from teacher to director, I discovered coaching as a way of leading differently. Today, I help educational leaders create clarity, agency and stronger teams — and dream of making leadership development as intentional in education as teacher development.

Francesca Bovone worked as an editor until 2010, when she took the CELTA and saw the light. Since then, she has taught learners of all ages in many different contexts. She is passionate about her dogs, teaching methodologies, drama, mindfulness, and long walks in nature. She believes that trying new things is vital in every area of life.

Justyna Stankiewicz is an English teacher with a research mindset and coaching identity, an author, and creator of Teaching Beyond the Script. Driven by insatiable curiosity about how people learn, communicate, and grow, she creates supportive classrooms rich in meaningful learning opportunities. Her work centres on communicative competence, authentic confidence, human connection, and learner independence.

I am Viviana Paz, a corporate English language trainer, technical translator, and educational coach from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I believe language bridges authentic human connection beyond grammar rules. My passion is helping professionals master soft skills to communicate confidently. I dream of an educational world where small talk leads to big learning, inspiring people to connect deeply.

I'm Ushani Cabral, currently teaching at the British Council Sri Lanka, across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Adult programmes. My interest in children’s formative years inspired my Master’s research on spontaneous inquiry in 3–8-year-olds, exploring the thought-provoking questions children bring to the classroom and how adult responses and technology can shape their inquiry.

I am a certified English teacher with over 20 years of experience, teaching from primary school to university. A Geography and English graduate with a PhD and two master’s degrees, I am also a Geography textbook author and book translator.  I am passionate about sustainability and human rights, and I currently coordinate teacher development activities in Cluj’s technological high schools.

Elsie Enanga is a dedicated EFL educator from Yaoundé, Cameroon and alumna of the SUSI educators program at the University of the Montana, USA. She has contributed YouTube lessons for Cameroon's Ministry of Secondary Education and for the British Council English Connects teacher training video series and webinars. Her interests include utilizing low-cost edtech devices, social-emotional learning, and inclusion.

Brent Proctor is a Scottish educator based in Brazil. After more than a decade teaching English online, he became fascinated by how stories, games and AI can make learning more personal, playful and alive. His work explores new ways to turn curiosity into meaningful learning experiences.
