Sea (Claire) Steele and Sarah Smith are the co-founders and directors of eltonix, an educational consultancy focused on teacher development and student empowerment. They are particularly interested in developing critical and creative thinking, exploring social justice themes in the classroom, and supporting students who are gender diverse, or have special educational needs and disabilities, in particular, ADHD.

Now she concentrates on writing, editing, and publishing ELT materials and textbooks and conducting teacher training workshops. A frequent plenary speaker at international conferences, her areas of specialty and interest are teaching writing, teaching reading, academic English, testing, and humor. Asst.Prof.Dr. Bahar Gün holds BA, MA and PhD degrees in ELT. She currently works as a lecturer and a trainer in the School of Foreign Languages at Izmir University of Economics. Her research interests include EFL teacher education in general, and teacher cognition and RTL in particular. She is also a CELTA tutor. Chia Suan Chong is a writer, communication skills trainer and a teacher trainer. She is the author of Successful International Communication, where she presented her ADAPT model as a framework for dealing with intercultural conflict. Delivering both online and face-to-face training to teachers and learners around the globe, Chia specializes in interactive workshops that encourage reflection for more effective international communication and improved collaboration. Currently based in York, Chia was English Teaching Professional’s award-winning resident blogger between 2012 and 2019. She has contributed extensively to the British Council Learn English website and holds a DELTA and a Masters in Applied Linguistics and ELT. She was instrumental in developing the new British Council Primary English Test which utilises autoscoring, gamification, and story-based assessment. Indiana is a teacher based in Seville.  Armed with a Masters in Bilingual Education, she is also a Cambridge speaking examiner and hosts a variety of engaging training sessions. With a rich teaching background spanning Spain, Colombia, Mexico, and the UK, she sprinkles her magic to craft dynamic and lively classrooms. Her mission? Elspeth is the Academic Manager at ELI, Seville. She is an EFL teacher, teacher trainer and materials writer, and during her career she has obtained the Cambridge Delta and an MA in Linguistics and TESOL.
