FAQs / Further Information

  • Each certificate will contain both talks from that day.

  • You will receive a certificate for BOTH talks even if you attend a part of just ONE.

  • Unfortunately, if you access the festival sessions using a different email to the one you registered with, we will not know that you have attended, so make sure you register with the same email as your Zoom account.

  • Yes! All those that attend all days of the festival will receive a single certificate as well as individual ones.

  • Yes, the recordings will all be in your Virtual Goodie Bags, which you will receive along with your certificates within two weeks after each day.

Also, we will make available the Global Teachers’ Festival Collection to all those that register within one month of the end of the festival. This will contain all recordings and slides.

  • Yes, they will be in your Virtual Goodie Bag, which will arrive by email within two weeks of each day of the festival, along with your certificate of attendance.

  • Aside from the opening keynote, all sessions will be 30 minutes long.

  • No, the Global Teachers’ Festival is totally free of charge, aiming to Advance Learning for all teachers and leaders of English around the world.

  • No, the times on the website are all UK time.

  • The two best ways to be a speaker at the next festival are:

    1. Submit yourself as a speaker to the next New Voices competition. Follow us on LinkedIn and/or Facebook to hear when it opens in June 2026. Although this doesn’t guarantee being a festival speaker, often we invite New Voices speakers to speak at the festival too.

    2. Make yourself seen! As with any industry, the best way to be recognised as an expert in your field is to be seen within that industry. Speak (well) at other conferences, speak loud and often of your thoughts and ideas on social media, be vocal as an attendee at events, become an author, network like crazy, come up with new and progressive ideas (and so on!).
