Leandro Paladino holds a master’s in bilingual education (Birmingham University) and is a frequent presenter at ELT conferences. He’s deputy editor of the EAL Journal and joint coordinator of IATEFL’s Young Learners and Teenagers SIG. He lectures in discourse analysis and is the general academic manager of Colegio York, a multilingual school in the city of La Plata, Argentina, where he lives.

Elena Ostashchenko is an EFL educator with 17 years of teaching experience in EFL/ESL, Business English, ESP/EAP and IELTS. Based in Vietnam since 2017, she holds an MA in Applied Linguistics & TESOL from the University of Leicester (2023), complemented by full certifications in Cambridge CELTA (2017) and Delta (2019).

Greg Davies Originally from Surrey, England, Greg moved to Mexico in 2004, gaining experience in teacher training and assessment with organizations throughout LatAm. Currently with the British Council exams business development team, his areas of interest include professional reflection, innovation in ELT and how we can take advantage of this rapidly changing world to support learner success.
